How we work

We recruit fresh graduates and train them on the basis of the technologies specified by the client, we also provide soft skills trainings to all our candidates along with the technology training. While recruiting fresh graduates we conduct interviews, through which they get familiar with the interview questions which are frequently asked in IT industries. After successful completion of our trainings and an interview, we shortlist the candidates for the client.
